In Year admissions

Applications for an in-year admission must be made on an NCDAT In-Year Admission Form

The fully completed form must be returned to Strategic Data Manager, c/o New College Durham Academies Trust, Head Office, High Street, Stanley, Co Durham. DH9 0TW (email: admissions@ncdat.org.uk). Please be aware that photographs are not acceptable and will be returned as will partially completed forms.

Nursery admissions

Parents and Carers can apply for a Nursery place the term the child turns 2, and they would be eligible to start the term after they turn 3. Please see below our online Nursery form, school also needs to take a copy of the child's birth certificate. If you require any further information please speak to Mrs Stoker in the school office.

A child is eligible for a 2 year place from the term after their 2nd birthday. Eligible parents and carers are contacted directly from Durham County Council's Early Years Team. A Golden Ticket registration form is posted to parents and carers. This form needs to be brought to the school office, which is then sent to the Childcare Places Team at county hall.
