Questionnaires and feedback

Comments from parents attending open evening November 2017

The school provides friendly and dedicated communication and clear education structures to the children.

I really think the school and staff actually care about each child and are committed to helping each individual to

fulfil their potential

The school is a very positive, happy environment for pupils

* Mr Coxon (school anti-bullying champion) contacted those parents who had put their names on the questionnaires to ask if there was a current issue with bullying:

  • 1 parent had not put their name on the form so could not be contacted **

  • 4 said that it referred to historical cases of bullying which had happened in a previous year group

  • 1 said that there was a current issue and this has been passed onto the class teacher

  • 1 parent could not be contacted by phone and the class teacher has been asked to speak to them direct

We really appreciate the feedback. It allows us to take a good look at the workings of school from a parent/carer perspective and identify what we do well and where we need to improve. Please come in and speak to any of us if you are not satisfied with the service we provide and equally please come and tell us if you are happy with what we deliver.

Thank you, from all of the staff and Governors at school.
